How CERAM Care works

Discover our simple, clear process for providing exceptional care. From initial contact to ongoing support, we're dedicated to ensuring peace of mind and tailored care.

Our commitment to quality care

At CERAM Care, we ensure individuals receive the best possible support and attention through a highly personalised and empathetic approach. We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand each individual's unique needs, preferences, and daily routines. This allows us to create a bespoke care plan that is regularly reviewed and adjusted as circumstances change.

Our dedicated Live in Care Professionals are meticulously selected, highly trained, and genuinely passionate about their work, fostering meaningful relationships built on trust and respect. We believe that true quality care extends beyond physical assistance to include emotional support, companionship, and promoting a fulfilling life for every individual.

Personalised care plans

We arrange an appointment to visit you in your home that suits you and any family members you would like to be there. We would complete a care needs assessment pack with you. The information from this helps us tailor a plan of care specific to your needs.

Compassionate Live in Care Professionals

Experienced professionals that have an up to date DBS, insurance and training that consists of moving and assisting, medication, dementia awareness, food hygiene, basic emergency first aid, infection control, equality and diversity, safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act, as a minimum.

A typical day with CERAM Care

Once someone is receiving care, a typical day with CERAM Care is structured around their individual care plan, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs. A Live in Care Professional might assist with routines like personal care, medication management, and preparing meals. Throughout the day, activities could include light housekeeping, errands, accompanying people to appointments, or engaging in hobbies and social interaction. We focus on maintaining routine and familiarity whilst also introducing variety and stimulating activities to enhance quality of life.
